My opening comment on every O/W workshop i do…the biggest challenge (fears aside) to O/W swimming is not sighting, but is swimming straight
Dont remember the name from the London Regional Squad (kids below academy), wasnt in a local club. Maybe she was in the London Academy and over with Optima or Thames Turbo?

The commentating is awful, annie emmerson the worst of the bunch. For an ex athlete her lack of knowledge is astounding. “She needs to up her cadence on this downhill to make it count” make what count, why, how.
The lack of cameras also poor, literally followed the two frenchmen on the bike and didnt have any cameras elsewhere on course.
As for the race itself, not a fan of the course, too narrow, very technical which is not usually a bad thing but both together for me didnt work. Why did they move the run also, that hill last year at end of run when Alex won his first race was awesome way to end.
