Cough mostly gone, thanks @Annas…although every now and then i have an episode…
The xray and lung scans were quite interesting and showed the results of pneumonia which means i stay under obs for a couple more months with follow up xrays.to follow.
Not tried to run since lamza - or do anything energetic - i have been catching up with work and proof reading Mrs eJC’s PhD…
may run this aft if i can finish writing plans…

I’m doing well, thank you JC. Although I feel hesitant to say that somehow, as the last time you asked and I replied positively, I went on to slightly pull a muscle whilst warming up. However, muscle has now healed and I can climb again.
That’s nice of you to proof read your wife’s thesis. Hope she’s feeling very proud of herself for finishing her thesis. A brilliant accomplishment
Well, according to my prediction in January, you still have another 5 weeks to recover. So no rush for you to get back to running just yet.

I guess so. Have swum pretty much every day since 1st Jan, but I’m losing enthusiasm a bit now and seem to be going backwards unfortunately.

I have tried swimming more but there’s just a limit to how much I want to do (turns out that limit is about 12km per week)
