6 mins ( to go ) is the average …. Apparently ?!?
Obvs I’m in the hours category !
Stick at it EJC
why do you think that was?
I have a theory…I think it could be because I ran it….
Decent line in the sand.
You know I was only playing with my comment.
Looking forward to the progress, it comes quicker if you’ve already been there. I know you know this, just a reminder, still gotta do the work though.
yep…me playing too…
something to lighten the mood of disappointment…
So…i stood on the scales again and my minimalist attitude to training seems to be working…
mass 77.7 kg
hydration 63.8%
body fat 15.3%
however, i weakened and went out on the bike this aft…Mrs eJC’s bike…my Di2 was flat…and managed 16km in the sunshine…
two things of note…her saddle is too low despite her longer legs…and my belly gets in the way when i cycle…
I get this now
Can’t seem to shift any weight
well i’ve lost weight…but i am guessing it’s muscle…
5k run at the weekend to keep up my monthly average…plus a Tuesday ride although my Di2 failed which made riding aroound Alderwasley a challenge…
Which version is it ?
10 speed dura ace ?
11 ultegra
So…i ran an impromptu 8k from bowness to ambleside to recover the car after bailing out of a windermere swim due to high winds* wearing my kayak shoes (saucony hattori) on saturday and actually enjoyed it…and a Monday run with Mrs eJC over the hills here at Sadd…
*3 foot waves on the lake made for some interesting swimming and kayaking with safety vessels recovering all sorts of daytrippers…
So you have already completed this months run then?
and partly through next month’s he typed smugly…
And now way ahead…9.5k with Mrs eJCs run club this eve
Nice… almost in to Septembers km budget now then. (Unlike Labour that are spending 2035s budget, sorry not sure where the political stuff came from.)
Anyway, September birthday month… sadly 53 this year.
Joking aside… any project 21 event date to get the job done.
PS are you getting close? Its actually a harder goal than I though when first reading this.
yes…June 2035 at this rate…
nope, i am in the midst of a load of work…
