Sorry doctors and cardiologists, you are all wrong, carnovore diet is the way to go - no fruit, no vegies, no carbs, no fibre… in fact this guy’s colonoscoy was one of the clearest that the doctor had seen. Also carnivore diet is the answer to type 2 diabetes

I’m sure @Poet can explain generative AI, he’d probably have managed a better prompt - that was second attempt, as my first attempt “cave painting salad” still mostly had animals in - I needed “Cave painting tomato cucumber avocado carrot” or something to get that.

Not sure if this counts, but its batshit crazy much like the SlowTwits and IMJ’rs. Noakes has gone full nutbar antivax now. Even mentioning Polio on his latest twitter post. I knew he’d gone a bit loe carb crazy, and “DoNe HiS rEsEaRcH” on Covid but this is next level shit. Starting to make me question lots of his really good work on hydration, head injuries and things now.

Just had a look. Some fairly odd claims, at first glance. Eg. diet is the most effective treatment for all conditions. OK, what do you feed a broken hip? Oh, you don’t, you fix it with a big nail.

Oh dear. That’s not good. Almost makes you wonder if he’s gone a bit senile. He got banned from Twitter for a while due to some or other anti-vax comment. Unfortunately my uncle is a disciple so random weird “research findings” crop up on my Facebook feed from time to time.
