Although they did link to this guy who deadlifted 500lb then ran 1 mile all in under 5 mins which is a weird but amazing accomplishment.

just over a 225kg deadlift - not a big deal for lifters. back in the day I’d have done that but not sure I’d do that and a mile under 5mins! ex-props can run long, just not quickly.

Exactly the point, two very different skill sets. Also the run included the deadlift time, so puts his mile at closer to 4.40 which is a very handy time especially for a big lad.

That’s a blast from the past. Koalafish- I remember he was a really strong swimmer who would go off grid for a bit and then come back and smash out 100 X 100m

I love the way it starts with this great deal but only on old TT bikes oh and because they dont have much stock hes narrowed it down to just one model with wider size range. In other words Canyon has unsaleable bikes and its probably not a ST exclusive. Bet there are some big discounts on their site soon
