you better defer your ironman you are not doing
Or just skip the swim.
Oh @Mungo2 I changed my ‘status’ for you. I only just realised I could do that!
On a very long training day with no real news that just lit up my very sad and lonely life.
I’m honoured … Leader !
That really did make me laugh.
Well done.
I’m trying to do that myself
I was thinking of having Lawrence Holly join the group being a newbie to triathlon. But having a huge W/kg, fast swim, etc. But seems unaware of how great he is. But don’t think I could be bothered
Are you sure he’s not a Troll? ![]()
Christopher Wellington did really well for a while, that was a friends, also Ulcy Assgage or something was good. Joseph Kipper was a potential as was Fran Jodinho
Could we set it up for Alan Marx & Scott Davey to have a real ding dong on there!
It would go down in history if only we could think of a name for it
iron wart?
At least the Outlaw chap could turn when he bumped into the side of the tank…
I am currently ignoring the Instagram post saying 20 places up for grabs at the Outlaw. I’m not entering it. I am not.
Full?
Yes I think it was. Let me check. I deliberately didn’t look too hard incase it became a ‘good idea’.
Third post down, does a buyer pay part of the real estate charge in the US? WTF!
To me, it looks like the seller pays the full 6% fee.
But half of that goes to the “buyers agent”
Nice link to the Freakonomics book in the thread too.
The guy is Willy waving.
Freakonomics! Great book that. Some fascinating studies in there…
In Germany you have to pay an agent when you buy or rent a property; I always thought that was ridiculous…why isn’t it all on the vendor?
It’s almost as if society is set up to protect capital rather than people.
