Just finished it off.

Sacked off the 2 hour ride and convinced my mate for another easy hour.

It’s bloody freezing out there. Got that painful cold feeling in my left thumb. Also stopped at Kingston marketplace and picked up some pastries. Now stuffing my face at home with a tea

I’m pleased i did that long stint last night. Makes my largely Zwift based 500 effort a little less soft :wink:
