Why the F*&k should Betsy Andrroonuoeojje (or however you spell it) have any relevance to Paula Radcliffe. God it riles me when people think that A gives them the right to spout an opinion on Z.

I’m glad I’m not in a relationship with ā€˜helpconfused 123’ !! Talk about throwing the baby out with the bathwater. ā€˜confront him’. ā€˜taking the todler out until I see him this evening’ blah blah. Healthy relationship they have not.

Don’t get me wrong, I’m anti doping, but that women really needs to learn not to lose her shit.

Next time he races, just let the organizers know… hopefully he will then be spending more time at home.

Interesting avenue for discovering the cheats…just ask the wives/girlfriends.

@tuckngo she gets her shit back together down thread. Sounds like a mature adult to me, the bloke in question…not so much.

Obviously I was never stupid enough to dabble in anything during my 20 years with my last employer due to the testing and risk of losing my pension. But even though I’m now off the reservation, the ā€˜worst’ thing I’ve tried was my sister-in-law’s vape pipe…the menthol had me coughing

If I turn-out a 4:40 bike split, then you probably do want to raise an eyebrow though.

Kind of disappointed no-one has tried to do some social engineering on the wife to try and figure out who this chap is yet. Paging @Poet

Maybe if this was a ST thread we’d be there already.

Ha ha ha - if they’re non-UK based, I don’t have a Scooby Doo!

I thought I may have a look when I have more time free.

Clearly they swim, husband also cycles… good chance that triathlon features there

I think that there is a fundamental issue of character, anyone who is prepared to take PEDs to cheat in sport is equally likely to cheat in relationships

Exactly, look at lots of people who weightlift and use steroids. Often ā€œnormalā€ gym goers few times a week who aren’t competing and sometimes not even particularly big, seen a few people who would never tell they used.

Who’s the guy who chips-in at the end about cheating in other aspects of life; seems like he’s trying to stir the pot :face_with_monocle:

Who would ever do such a thing?

AG Cheats deserve no respect

At one point the OP say ā€œBloody Cyclingā€ā€¦ Cycling is not the issue here, it is her husbands attitude to winning / improving their own performance that is the problem.

is this group like the anti matter to tritalk’s matter? Our opposing force. Antagonistic pairs etc etc

Sounds scary!

Dunno, but they talk in a lot of code. I take it NC means ā€˜not confronted’? Seems like a lot of personal stuff gets discussed on there; makes you wonder if our partners are on there :scream:

One of the few things I would give my partner very short shrift about. Babbling away on ā€˜mumsnet’.

Not that I babble away on a triathlon forum or anything. But they are a bunch of harpies.

p.s. the guy is clearly a twat. It was the immediate public airing of laundry by the women I couldn’t bear.

So Farah has pulled the race card when people have the cheek to question him. I think that’s pretty disgusting of him and have lost a lot of respect for him.
What does he expect, for no questions to be asked?

Intrigued to see in what context he used that topic

BBC News.
He mentioned a footballer (Raheem Stirling) and someone else.
I also wondered what he meant.

ANYWAY @stenard - get off TT2.0 and get moving those boxes for your gf :face_with_hand_over_mouth::wink:

The TSS for that should replace the parkrun you skipped

Ha! I’m claiming it was to watch the 1:59 but in reality, it was the ā€œaccidentalā€ 6 pints of Guinness last night that was the real reason. Will go for a jog later, and make tomorrow’s long run a bit more intense than the steady cruise that was planned

ā€œI know where you are going with it. I’ve seen it with Raheem Sterling and Lewis Hamiltonā€
Then talks about ā€˜the agenda’
