Having knackered my knee big time after London this year I’ve barely run and am in the process of getting some orthotics which I hope will help.
I got a time this year that might be close for a GFA for 2024 but I really suspect it won’t be. Well… that’s not a problem now!
I loved the London Marathon and am delighted to get a place. Having a ballot entry I believe will also allow me to defer if necessary if I’m not fighting fit by next April. You cannot defer a GFA place but I think you can a ballot one.
Sorry to see all the No messages here. I think I’ve entered the ballot every year since about 2007.
