70.9 this morning …?!?

WTF… I’m eating non stop and started weight training to build some power in my skinny legs for next year…

Long run outside this morning too…

Coffee and porridge before weighing, this rookie error puts me up to 82.1kg.

Can’t be good for my knees…

If I ever make the mistake of not immediately peeing then weighing, I just don’t bother stepping on the scales that day! Daily fluctuations are pretty volatile anyway, without adding in more variability

Breakfast of champions right there. At least you didn’t wash it down with a can of monster/red bull

You just need to ge out for a run, or hop on the turbo, and earn yourself 600 calories for an hour effort.

That’s the other problem, Friday is rest day!

I’m most impressed by the fact you went to both McDonald’s and Greggs

In my defence (if I have any) I just used the first OJ that came up, it was all from McD’s

Brilliant. Have you had the sausage, egg and cheese bagel? They are outrageous.

No, not tried that, don’t give me any ideas!

95.4kg (down from 96.2kg last week) - 15st dead so still not got to that 14 something, I blame the McDonalds (although that day went from bad to worse!)

71.7kg. Same as 2 weeks ago, so recovered last weeks blip.

70.xx a long way off…

Sadly I’d already spent the toilet trip getting to 71.7…

Unfortunately I’m pretty sure we are good at holding on to all those calories. I blame our caveman ancestors with their famine and feast lifestyles…

@JaRok2300 - Yeah, I’m with @TROSaracen HERE. Sadly. Having that blowout Saturday/Friday night really screws the pooch.
But those Maccie D’s hash browns are delicious, so don’t worry about it too much.

I’m at a winter plateau of 185-187lbs.
Like you, my current issue is my rest day (Saturday) coincides with: Friday evening drinking, plus snacks, Saturday full English, soup for lunch, massive supper (usually a takeaway or pub meal).
Then the Sunday ride doesn’t come close to touching what I’ve stored on Saturday.

Knowing I’ve three weeks off over Christmas/New Year, where I’ll not do much exercise at all, I’m trying to pre-empt potential weight gain over that period, but it’s not working :sob:
