96.5kg, down from 97.8 last week. Slightly surprised as diet wasn’t brilliant last week and a couple of nights drinking but I’ll take it.
71.7 kg. 0.4 kg off on a week. Pleased, some gannetery across Kona weekend but a well timed trip to the loo helped
Bit of an annoying upward trend for me recently. Too much junk food (and beer). Not going to be helped by a stag do this coming weekend.
I’ve lost an average of 1.2lbs per week over the past three weeks (since I stopped working away!)
113 weight was 176.6lbs, Outlaw weight was 174.2lbs, I’m 185.6lbs as of this morning.
Im 6ft 1in still, so I ain’t shrinking!
Got some Doughnuts to celebrate
(Oh, to be 154lbs again)
Gf goes away for a week with work, and I have a diligent week of training and eating…
Shows what can be done!
Not sure if it also factors, but I’ve started adding L-Carnitine to my omega 3, magnesium, zinc etc supplements. Mainly due to the “gold dust” comments by Salazar But one of the original uses for it was as a fat burning weight loss supplement. Wondering if that’s a factor in the ease of weight loss when combined with other helpful factors?
As well as why I’m seeing some really comfortable heart rate numbers on my last couple of key tempo runs (based on the sports performance upside)? This one is probably a stretch. All the salazar documentation says how oral ingestion takes 3-6 months to see benefits, which is why they sought to fast track illegally via IVs
Managing to keep a pound or two under 11st for the last few weeks after being 11st 4lb in the summer and taking an age to get back under 11st.
I’m roughly holding station at around 90kg at the moment, which i’m almost pleased with considering my real lack of decent eating, and a fair few beers due to weekends away etc. Gonna make a real effort to eat well from the start of November and hopefully get myself down to the 82-84kg range for next season
69.3 , the stresses of having to go to a beer festival and drink alcoholic beers with mates, then 1.5 bottles of wine next day out meal with t’other arf.
Surely, the only way is down…
That should be on the training thread.
That’s a quality session right there.
How’s the taper going?
81.5kg 19.9% BF
Decent last week but a bad weekend may have undone most if not all of it - gluttony inspired by watching too much rugby and the OH away, discipline completely went.
Result tomorrow:-)
84kg dead for me.
Ten more to go
I deliberately avoided the scales for about a month, and with trepidation got back on them again last week. Currently around 76kg, around 4kg up on race weight this season, and 7kg up on where I want to get to for Lanza
I seem to be hovering at around 73, which is pretyt decent for me off not a huge amount of training, but plenty of eating again! need to be careful over the next couple of weeks with my enforced rest, so as not to get too unfit and chunky. Whereas a bit of fat is a good thing for a winter ultra, i don’t want to be carrying excess baggage.
96.2kg (from 96.5 last week) Took a slightly lighter week of training after 6 fairly consistent ones.
Still on 15st 2lbs, that 14st something is holding out a bit longer.
All of this without height is meaningless!
Much like watts without weight.
1.73
73kg
177cm
67-68kg depending on water
No-one will believe I’m 8ft 6
1.88 (6ft 2)
Going to start chipping in on this thread now as I need to curb my eating!
81.9 kgs this morning
185 cms
3kg heavier in the last 6 weeks was around 75/76 for Outlaw at the end of July
