Well, I’ve sized down in Rapha and Speedo - so the actual size of my body is going in the right direction.
Feeling pretty pleased…
That’s my reasoning/excuse!
Took the second half of the week off to try and shift this tickly cough/cold that’ll neither come out properly or go away.
Proceeded to stuff my face and have a few beers too so weigh-in tomorrow morning isn’t going to look pretty
11.5 hours
Mostly stepper and core.
The no swim, bike run in November is really biting now …

95.3kg (94.9 last week) I’ll take that after a week of next to no exercise and eating/drinking crap.
Need a couple of good weeks before Xmas to get back into the 14st bracket and give me a good start to the New Year.
Yes, probably true; the larger person would at least be hugely offended. That’s the irony of it.
I also think it’s generally considered more offensive to comment on a woman’s weight than a man’s. People have commented on my weight/look in the past (not often) but I’m pretty sure they wouldn’t feel so comfortable mentioning it to a female. That’s both at ‘Ironman’ weight, and if I’ve got love handles…
Down 4lbs this week - cut the bread out and moved a bit more…who knew?!

94.9kg, back into the 14s after last week’s blip. Could do with building a bit of a buffer the next couple of weeks before Xmas takes its toll.
94.9kg, same as last week. Week started well but day off on Friday was the beggining of a slippery slope for the weekend.
After being stuck around the 95/94.9kg mark for a few weeks now, a skinful on Saturday night followed by not being able to look at food all day yesterday and I miraculously hit 93.5kg.
I now it’s only temporary and I still feel a bit rough today so it definitely isn’t my new strategy. I can’t believe I used to do that every weekend, god I feel old!
Bother weighing myself yesterday. Now I knew I’d ramped down training and upping the snacking (I blame December) but nearly 80kg again, time to reverse the trend and head back towards 75kg.
5lbs lost on the past five weeks, which includes two weeks of zero training.

The only pounds i’m losing at the moment is from my wallet due to Xmas!!
I’m gonna be an amorphous blob by the time i get back running and training again i reckon!
