i’ve had a cheese & bacon turnover, now a pot noodle with 3 slices of bread and big packet of crinkly cheddars. Now that’s a lunch of champions!

You’ve eaten a Turnover; is it 1986? Ah Budleigh, don’t answer

Haha - this was in the metropolis that is Exeter!

80.5kg 19.5%BF

Downward trend couldn’t continue forever, but hey ho. Couple of beers due tonight.

96.3kg - down 1kg on last week, just feeling like I’m back into some sort of routine and enforced WFH lands on Friday. Will have to be careful with that as could go either way.

69.8kg this morning

73.7kg last night, somehow a 1kg drop over the week, more than happy with that

78kg dead after a run and a poo

This 14 days in the house with the kids I can see that sky rocketing!

Holding 71…

No point being race weight

When there no ducking races!!!

Finally got to the 10’s…10 stone 13 or 69.4kg.

If I enter another IM, I’m probably only a kilo or so away from ideal weight so time to back off the weight loss (which has been challenging but straightforward) and try to maintain roughly where I’m at. This is the hard part for me…

73.0kg last night, a 700g drop on the week, think it will remain pretty constant now, we shall see with WFH and easy access to food all day!

Ah now I think I’m going to be the opposite.

No chance of nipping to the shop over the road to buy crap and having the Mrs around to bollock me every time I poke my nose in the larder

Yeah, much less grazing at home; might put some muscle on with those stones of mine though eh  :muscle:
