Ultimately then, sounds like the Programme was about as rewarding as watching yet another series of The Apprentice or Who Dares Wins?
There’s a certain comfort in watching something that confirms what you already think. So many things seem to veer towards the extremes now that a fairly balanced, practical approach actually seems quite refreshing. The opposite of something like Game Changers.
People are always looking for ‘Hacks’.
“It was like a giant worm.”
Your scales are quite reflective too then?
Hall of mirrors magnification stylee.
This comment puts Giles Coren on my Must Watch list.
Wife is on a mission, so the scales are out. Wowsers. 6pm and 73.1kg in early January. I’ll take that
The life expectancy of the last Christmas pudding and box of mince pies just went down.
My girlfriends alot lighter than her…!
72.3 kg. Up 0.5kg over Christmas, not too bad but time to shift it. Target low 71:xx second half Jan, and 70:xx’s in Feb.
That’s me you nugget!
I know…!
Good weight for this time of year… I’m lighter but a virtual midjit !!
72.7. I can probably ignore the scales now; and this thread.
Currently in the uber in the way back from Heathrow so the moment of truth awaits. Sitting stationary for the past 24hrs with about 4 meals is hardly likely to have helped.
If I’m under 75 I’d take that. I’m leaning more towards the reality being 76. That’d be higher than I’ve had in years. It’s weird to think I ran a marathon 4 weeks ago today.
76.4kg
Load of fluid retention from flight?
You’ll get rid of the extra pretty fast
I ran 90km last week and somehow managed to put on 300gm!
87.5
Yeah same here. 4 years ago dropped from 75kg to 70. Sunset then maintained, but drop to 68 when training increases.
Wife and work colleagues always notice those last 2kg.
95.9kg, same as last week. Bit disappointed with that but weekend diet wasn’t great and missed a couple of training sessions too so room for improvement.
