IMWales 2025, my last chance saloon as Im not spending over £600 notes on a race I have paid and not done 3 times 
2017, no deferrals and shoulder injury - Ive told the story a few times but I was going to swim 1 armed until i see the sea conditions on the Saturday morning swim and tried to swim in a pool without success. I certainly wouldn’t have made this thread if I’d started
2020/21 enough said, given voucher though
2024, used voucher paid a few quid on top, we all know about my chest issues!
