Yes take it easy @Mungo2 - I heard a news report on prison officers while I was getting changed in the gym yesterday. Obviously immediately thought of you. Iirc 1 in 7 officers left the job last year (may be wrong) which is just staggering but probably highlights how hard the job is - go easy on yourself

Any violence wouldn’t have been self defence, and the two minor incidents didn’t warrant any violence at all. Been offered tablets, counselling, the usual shite.

This time last year, I’d just finished the pre-Festive 500km, doing 503km in just five days.
The last ride was a bit icy and a car pulled left, just in front of me, just I clipped over 500km, went into the side, they couldn’t see as they’d not de-iced the car. Luckily, not injured.
