Then a 1km walk home.
St Catherine’s Hill looking lovely this morning.
Sorted the shed/log store/garden tools thing out.
No coal and only three IKEA bags of logs left
It’s nice and tidy again now, with all of the basement stuff back in the shed, so more room in the basement again
Spring is just round the corner, right?
Reckon I’ve got about 15 evenings worth of wood left
(I’m classing this as S&C, which is why it’s in here!)
A bit late to the party but I got onto the hills for a wee run in the snow before it thaws. Had a great time crunching & slipping around for 80mi s.
Had hoped to get up in time to see the sunrise but it wasn’t to be .
Wrong thread. Gercha!
2hrs onZwift as 1 hr riding The Gorby intervals session then an easy hour to finish, to take me over my 4hr Zwift weekly goal.
Had to drop Junior #1 at Bristol airport. Drove home via Cheddar and ran a trail around Cheddar gorge.
Nice spot. Bit icy and slippy today mind. Never been there before, didn’t take a phone, just had a quick glance at the circular route before leaving the car.
Was meant to be a 6km loop on trails, so I parked in a 1 hour free parking bay in Cheddar. Must have gone off piste though, caused slight anxiety when 40 minutes from home and completely clueless as to my location. But then I saw a path which descended, hit the road in the gorge and cruised home on that & hopefully beat the parking warden, just.
Free parking in Cheddar Gorge? Surely some mistake!
You have got me worried now
Edit: by the power of Google Street View… nothing about coughing up coins, hope its OK
What you seriously need to up your FB game, should have been posting about how you crushed it and outdid the yellow peril as well
Managed to drag my arse out today for a run on the trails, and then an easy Wattbike to loosen the legs.
Strange week, managed just over 9 hours with slightly more running which equates to about 47K running and 162K on the Wattbike.
Second decent week but not really training for anything specifically, mostly to avoid boredom. Although being off work on Friday helped, 4 day weeks are definitely appealing
Ive managed to notch up 6 hours of training this week. Plus almost kept my average step count over 10k.
Diet could be better, but not long ago I was doing 0 hours training and a shite diet so its all moving in the right direction.
51km of running this week for me.
8hr 10min recovery week.
Still no swimming
Busy week incoming!!!
So any training might be a bonus / very well planned
Just over 6hrs for me, and a nice mix. Would’ve liked to have done something today, but life got in the way. Luckily I was still physically active all day.
Still, that’s OK for me at the mo.
Swim and a short run for me today. Ticking over.
Managed to drag myself out of bed for 45 min run before work
It’s Monday, so in theory I will be running with the lads at 7.30 tonight, in theory!
