Training - What Training?!

11 hours completed last week
Vast majority static bike for Tin January

One crazy tough 1000 rep circuit, ate some chocolate after being stuck in a and e with a crazy prisoner for 8 hours ( it tasted like heaven, even gave him a piece!)

Big week coming up

Stick at it !

Urgh. Feel like I’ve been hit by a bus. Aching all over, very tired and vomited all through the night. Destined for the bed the whole day :upside_down_face:

19.5 km on Sunday continuning my low HR base building. 5min km and kept a fairly steady 140bpm through out which was good. Felt fairly fresh when I’d finished.

Is there any easy way to check total hours logged for the week on Stava or Garmin Connect? Had a quick look and couldn’t see anything.

On the Strava app click You, then profile. There’s a training log and you can change it for distance or time etc

Think that’s what you want?

But there is no option for all activities only individual ones

In the web view, goto reports - progress summary, and you can group it by week, I think there’s the same in the app.

I think in strava you can get it in the training log page

This is what I was looking at, is that what you mean?

is that not subscriber only?

Both have done the job I needed to change some filter settings on the training log page of Strava and unchecking all sports means you get ā€˜everything’. Cheers both!

Averaging about 10-12 hours a week on the current schedule with 60km of running (per week) the last two weeks.

Hit my goal of 14 hours last week.

Nothing ground breaking or breakthrough, just consistent training.

4 swims with a mix of intensity, drills and toys
5 turbo sessions from 1:20-1:45 and one interval session
3 runs. One interval, two steady
1 weights

Turbo is out of action. Well, more accurately, the shed is out of action. So another run for me today.

Aim of the session was ā€˜smoothness’. Ran at a pace that was never pushing the effort, but neither did i ease off. Just trying to run with a real economy of movement. Really concentrating on the downhills in particular to be able to recover, get the HR down as quickly as possible whilst maximising the old gravitational effect.#

A fair way to go yet to get back to where i want to be, but for Jan it 's a decent start. Onwards.

18.6km with 172m elevation.

It’s no use if I can’t hang on to the big dogs’ bike wheels though is it!

Yeah, we need to gang up on him on a Thursday

You need to send the boys round to rebuild his shed first.

@gingerbongo so no turbo for a while, you might have to cycle outside. Also, haven’t seen much water based activity?

I saw his run pace and thought the same as Jeff and Mike.

Udderly ridiculous.
