Which sickened me even further.

AM 1 mile pool swim. 32 x 50m intervals.
No times etc for all of you stattos but they were fast for my usual speed
6.5km family trail run, 47 mins and one ice cream stop because holiday calories don’t count. (science facts bro’ )

I’m more amazed\concerned at how busy it is at 5am, clearly there’s a lot more loonatics in the world than I’d imagined
1500m swim, it was slow, my chest was bad… 400 Wu in ~7.25, very easy, then loads of 25s around 22seconds / 15 strokes. All steady, and some sprint half way easy to end ~19seconds each. Rest periods were until the wheezing stops
It was a one off they do about once a month. I think the coffee and bacon sandwiches are the biggest draw.
It’s an odd pool, 28m long. And the lane ropes do nothing to prevent waves from the other lanes, so it simulates open water quite well. But they do a good job of keeping it open and they are trying to redevelop it, so I try to support when they do special events.
This is what we are stuck with at Crystal Palace NSC (warm up pool)…suckers to connect to wall, that dont work either and randomly fall off if a wave goes to high so somtimes tied around chairs or something instead.
Quick work trip to London and squeezed in 1500m at the outdoor pool. Main takeaway (other than it being busy) is that my mental arithmetic skills found it a disgraceful struggle to cope with 27.5m lengths

Feeling dead as late. Maybe some bike time again and some strength work. Maybe it’s just the weird humid weather. It’s doing my nut in a bit.

Went really well until the 33rd wall ball ( unbroken till that point) then fell to pieces a touch and lost 30 secs or so.
Swimming is going to be fun !
2k run, i say run , stopped when i was short of breath. Now watching kids run, 2min reps as fast as you can, think its 3min rests.
On for another double day.
Lunch, 45 minute spin class.
Will swim tonight, the usual 1.5-2k.
