30 minute spin class.
Monday: Easy 8km run at lunch
Tuesday: 6km run to track, then 6 x (800m + 1 min rest + 200m) with 3 mins rest
Felt really good, much better than last week, started with a 2:50 and progressed up to 2:34 for the last 800m rep
6km sore throat run this morning, sweating it out. Set off with 10km in mind but quickly thought better of it.
Did get round to entering the 2nd race of the national sprint tri series though - 1st December, sea swim, non wetsuit. Sea temp is still 27C but dropping.

21min utility jog. Thought I had plenty of sleep last night but feel terrible.

Not madly impressive but Im on a roll with walking. One of my steps is two of most people’s so have covered a decent distance.
Gym first thing.
Rowing, 2 x 1.5k
2 sets each of banded clamshells, banded and weighted bridges, calf raises, military press and press ups, sit ups, side plank.
Thursday: 8.5km run
Friday: 10km run
Made the most of the US being off this week to get out during the morning/lunch. Wednesday has been the only day off.

Oldish geezer in front of me walking puts his empty coffee cup on a fence post and keeps walking
Couldn’t help myself and had a right go at him - there was a bin literally 75m up the track - feckin unbelievable- I hate littering
When I got to the bin I turned around and had another go - to remind him of what a bin actually looks like
