2 sets each of donkey kicks, banded clamshells, banded bridges, sumo kettlebell squats and calf raises.
6km easy, 32.28 at 5.24 pace.
Wore a thin long sleeve, shorts and no gloves. Nearly turned around 100 mtrs in!
So as expected after a great week last week, this week got off to a stinker. First bit of exercise was last night with 30 mins on the treadmill. Finished with 700m at 1:12min/km pace according to the watch
Got out today for a 12km run, it was rather chilly, I even wore a hat and had my jacket hood up.
