You don’t have a list of jobs that’ll take a seven weeks???

Well yeah, but the initial flurry of jobs and decorating is done now. All the kids rooms look reasonable. Mine and wife’s room is next on the hit list. I’m taking this weekend off of diy though!

Good to see you back here, number 1! @Adam.

Anyway, 5.5km steady treadmill run at lunch. First run in over a week.

Actually got on the bike last night. Legs are feeling it this morning after a tough session. Supposed to be doing a run session this evening too! :grimacing:

That is sweet. Makes me want to lift just looking at it.

Have you knocked a hole through for window yet, LED lighting strips or added some 80’s posters perhaps?

Sounds very simialr to my day. 2500 steps. 45 mins easy zwift (that came very close to not happening).

Also ate a decent sized pizza for dinner.

1096 steps but still in the office so no pizza yet :rage:

Poor week so far after the race and then a migraine on Tuesday, and later night at work yesterday.

Slightly improved tonight with a swim and a couple of short Zwift races.

Ah that sucks!

I did also eat a load of crisps. :pig2:

No training but did join the gym at work. Quite a few cardio machines, lots of weight machines, free weights, separate mat and step room.
Showers, lockers. £50

I thought you work from home? Or are you describing your garage and the increased cost of hot water for the year.

Even though we are arms length and not ā€˜big Gov’ we’ve been signed up to the ā€˜ back to the office CS mandate’
However, we divested so much office space that it’s not feasible to do the 60% so the Nat Stat has agreed 40%

We staggered it. 1 day per week from Jan 1st and two days from April 1st.
