Purely out of curiosity, how did they arrive at 69%?
With there generally being 5 working days a week, every attendance rule I’ve come across is multiples of 20%.

Mine was free for 32 years ( prison gyms)
I dread to think how many hours training I completed whilst I was still getting paid at the same time … 1000”s I’m guessing so FP gets a pass !

26kms in 2:03 for me this morning before work. Bloody biting Easterly wind out there today!!

Beat my overall steps from yesterday by 20k by 08:30! :rofl:

I like a good morning session, especially when i know i’m going to be chained to the desk all day today.

Haha. I have no issues with stuff like that. Yet i can’t seem to motivate myself to get outside on the bike, get in the pool or do my S&C.

Guess that’s telling really. I really am some sort of a ‘runner’ masquerading as a trafleet!

No, not planning to. I’ll probably go up and run a few laps in the night - get involved in the atmosphere and be my usual stupid self. I was tempted, but i just don’t think it’ll help me in any way.

I thought about the lightweight version but I’m standing in for my DD the following week, as I have been this week and it’s been a nightmare.

So I’ll think if that’s a week I want to enter into completely knackered or not. :thinking:

Poor week continues, had a bad stomach overnight, possibly something I ate, Garmin stats are showing it as well.

Improving now but stayed off work and doubt I’ll be training today.

Another IM swim in the pool today

Same as previous.
200m laps with 2-3s to check the watch after each one
10-15s per 1000m to grab a drink

My best swim for some time
Straight 2 k with pb ( it’s slightly less as pool is not accurate)
36 mins dead.
( ok I’m crap !)
No kicking off the wall either !

6km family run. I was going to go longer but my back has been on fire this week😟
I had a migraine in the night which didn’t help either.
