With there generally being 5 working days a week, every attendance rule I’ve come across is multiples of 20%.

Haha. I have no issues with stuff like that. Yet i can’t seem to motivate myself to get outside on the bike, get in the pool or do my S&C.

No, not planning to. I’ll probably go up and run a few laps in the night - get involved in the atmosphere and be my usual stupid self. I was tempted, but i just don’t think it’ll help me in any way.
I thought about the lightweight version but I’m standing in for my DD the following week, as I have been this week and it’s been a nightmare.
So I’ll think if that’s a week I want to enter into completely knackered or not. ![]()
