I was similar earlier. It’s been literally freezing all day with sleet. FFS, is there anyhing worse than sleet? Just miserable. Either rain or snow, stop fucking about. My rant worked, it turned into the biggest snow storm for weeks

Taking my third pair of headphones in 18 months back to John Lewis, filling the car up, getting a new dog lead, then going out for an easy couple of hours instead
I went out for a walk yesterday to try and ease my back up. I turned back after about 400mtrs, that wind was very fierce and then it started raining. Weirdly, the weather from the office window made me think it would be much warmer.
Training is working for me. Have been doing squats 3 times a week since the beginning of March and decided to test max power on the bike today. Finally managed 5s > 1000W. Previous best had been 992W set well over a year ago. Was at 843W just 6 weeks ago. New PB at 1012W.
Felt I probably have more in the tank but still quite fatigued so hope to see this improve as well.
Also hit best 10s power ever (902W) even though I wasn’t targeting this.
Now, if only I could do this at the end of a Zwift race…
