I managed a swim, bike & run today! Nothing earth shattering but added up to about 2 hours and swim was 2.2K.
Part-time definitely seems to be the way forward!

200km 8hr gravel ride.
Had ALL of the weather

38km bike ride - felt pretty good tbf!
10k run w/ hill repeats. (2 min up/2 min down) * 6, threshold-y effort.
45m indoor spin - pissing it down
4 x 1.2k, resting 2:00.
Didnāt feel great throughout, and each rep was 5:01-5:07.
