I managed a swim, bike & run today! Nothing earth shattering but added up to about 2 hours and swim was 2.2K.

Part-time definitely seems to be the way forward!

Last week:
7.5h :confused:

But yesterday:
2k swim incl class. Swam like absolute :poop: at the start, had my class and then did a little cool down where I felt a bit better.

10k run in the rain.

200km 8hr gravel ride.
Had ALL of the weather :umbrella::cloud_with_lightning_and_rain::wind_face::sun_with_face:

I even stopped for a coffee and breakfast :open_mouth:
