I am getting nothing in these last 2 weeks. Work is busy so lunchtime slots have vanished, and my evening gaps are fleeting. By the time my dinner has settled I just don’t want to go out running.
This hasn’t been the best year for me by a long shot! But I’m trying to be positive and not stress, as life is very multi faceted. Sometimes training and fitness is at or near the top of the list; but currently it is not. As long as I don’t let myself go too far.

Anyway. I’m going to read my book about mental toughness. Mental training instead of physical. That works right?!
I did a 370m swim and a bit of surf lifesaving does that count?
Last session of the year for our kiddo so they got the parents involved. Was really good fun and totally lucked out on the weather. At the comp last week it was a total washout!
