My new gym is a bit strange, an awful lot of guys with cameras recording their workout and donāt get me started on the guys training without their tops on

From what I can see this is a growing problem, I think gyms need to get on top of it as itās not a public place and I may or may not want to be in the background of someoneās insta post.
I really think it should be banned without specific permission or arrangements to prevent it encroaching on other peopleās workout/enjoyment.
Saw my first person vaping in the gym last week
Cameras donāt bother me ( Iām old and ugly but fitter / faster . Maybe not stronger than the vast majority of Insta lovies
Two guys training with no tops on got told very quickly to put them back on ( due to hyrox races this doesnāt bother me either )

Iāve seen an odd one in the changing rooms which are fairly small so it doesnāt disperse, disgusting.
I actually wonder if itās such a habit to them they donāt actually realise theyāre doing it.
Itās worse than smoking for non smokers / vapists! Lol
Never seen any one smoking in a gym, cafe, pub, changing room, chippy reception, prison ! Weāre there not allowed too, vaping seen all these and worse.
Thousands vaping who have never smoked . Just crazy

Trained twice today.
First thing, 5km run.
Lunch, 30 minute spin class.
V Short run and gym
Tried the quad out again. A mile and a half further (after first gym session) before it started to play up, which is encouraging. Fitness has taken a slide
Gym - minced around on the elliptical- really does that actually do anything? before legs, hammies, core, lunges etcā¦ not bothering with any upper body stuff.
I need to get a replacement gear shifter for bike. I donāt think I can take much more of this! Itās an odd injury - day to say stuff doesnāt effect me at all. Just repetitive pounding of running fāks it.

Run wasnāt great though except seeing the orange/yellow globe.
Dehydrated terriblyā¦ over dressed.
So i managed to drag my lazy butt out a few times over the past few days.
Ran over the cliffs to the swimming pool to join the family on Saturday for a fun swim. Should be an opportunity to be quite regular with that slot in the winter when we have our winter membership. They may be opening the odd evening as well, so I may even go for a few āproperā swims. Itās I a caravan park, so not setup with lanes etc. But it is 20/22m or so. Better than nothing and itās all included until March.
Then a family walk on Sunday morning, which was slow but nice to be on the coast path again. Didnāt feel like running that evening whilst eldest was swimming. But i did force myself out for another walk, and ended up with a strong 80 min power walk on a slightly different section of coast path, nice and hilly again.
Again today, almost didnāt do anything. But the sun is trying to shine, and clouds are much higher; so did a lap of town for a 7km run.
Is it a coincidence that last night i had my highest sleep score in weeks? I didnāt wake up at 2:00 thinking/worrying about life stuff. Maybe this exercise stuff is good for you after all?!
