Meant to be an easy 20km but ended up 3k shuffling and 3km walk home. Moaning on the other thread.
Sorry to hear that, mate.
60kms, not the 100 I had planned, but good all the same. First 180km+ week since the beginning of December, so a step in the right direction.
Was going to drag Mrs T for a run in the hills but daughter asked if we would join her for an early Sunday run (London mara training - she has finally got her act together) so did that instead - not what I planned but good all the same followed by brunch
Daughter got 21 achievements on Strava (mostly PR’s) for that run so must be doing something right

Could’ve done an easy bike today but couldn’t get moving/exhausted from the week and poor sleep last night.
Shocking week, just over five and half hours.
No bloody running, just didn’t happen!
Keeping a log @Mungo2 style, won’t look back on this week fondly.
Stravas new design is quite a departure!
It the gp edition. Scribble something down that’s just about legible.
Yes the peacock !!

Apart from fruities heroic win ( was that this week ?!)
