Meant to be an easy 20km but ended up 3k shuffling and 3km walk home. Moaning on the other thread. :cry:

60kms, not the 100 I had planned, but good all the same. First 180km+ week since the beginning of December, so a step in the right direction.

Was going to drag Mrs T for a run in the hills but daughter asked if we would join her for an early Sunday run (London mara training - she has finally got her act together) so did that instead - not what I planned but good all the same followed by brunch

Daughter got 21 achievements on Strava (mostly PR’s) for that run so must be doing something right

Two swims and a v easy hyrox type affair
Finished off today with the c2 bike ( tri talk rowing machine !)
This one has been calibrated !

No bloody running, just didn’t happen!

Suprised as the first three days was a recovery/ deload block.

Just over an hour strength which I dont normally include.

5½ hour running

24km run this morning 2hr 14min helped with the hours I guess.

Need a good night sleep :sleeping: :zzz:
