I’ll probably get even less likes than yesterday ( unlikely I got none !) for saying this but that was really really easy … not for one second am I getting injured doing this… but some people know more about me than I do it seems?!?
Im finding it hard to pack everything in and get a decents night sleep. Already thinking i want to swim tomorrow and need to be up at 6.30 so need to think about going to bed soon and then do I have time to fit a run in because the weekend is busy.
No idea how I used to train for triathlon, with and office job, and younger kids.
That’s a long graft well done, right I’m going to do those watts for a long one and see what the Hr is?

On to t mill 12.2 kph all the way, ridiculous hr for such a steady pace but felt fine all the way through.
Dropped speed down to 11 kph at 20.5 kms.
