Training - What Training?!

One hour spin ( went crazy ! )
Av hr 159 which is way way higher than normal
Hitting 166/168 at the end of every interval ?!

Two mins rest

Then t mill half ( second one in 4 days )
5 mins faster 6 bpm higher (138 bpm) !

I’ll probably get even less likes than yesterday ( unlikely I got none !) for saying this but that was really really easy … not for one second am I getting injured doing this… but some people know more about me than I do it seems?!?

Double run day

1 hr 3 min to work - knocked circa 3 mins off last weeks time

1 hr 19 home with Mrs T who got the bus into Manchester to run home together

21/1 6k easy run with zl, followed by 5hrs copicing and deadhedging with the wildlife trust
22/1 28k run, 1st 6k easy with zl, then upped the pace

Steady 7K run for me to test the calf, moaned a bit but not bad.

Trained twice today, which is decent seeing as I worked an 11 hour day!

First thing, 30 minute spin class.

Lunch, treadmill. 4k, as 0.5k easy / 0.5k flat out x 4.

Im finding it hard to pack everything in and get a decents night sleep. Already thinking i want to swim tomorrow and need to be up at 6.30 so need to think about going to bed soon and then do I have time to fit a run in because the weekend is busy.

No idea how I used to train for triathlon, with and office job, and younger kids.

So decided to try an @Mungo2 session, so 50miles in 2:30. It wasn’t too bad av HR 107, Av watts 136.

The biggest problem is the boredom :rofl: Also my quads are now in bits; really not very fit, but its a start I guess

That’s a long graft well done, right I’m going to do those watts for a long one and see what the Hr is?

That is a really really low hr z1 cycling !
The distance on ours which is totally fake will be much much less.

After it today with a maximal hour bike
Literally balls out av hr 166 I thought it would be higher
The usual meagre watts but it was all I had.

THREE mins rest ( I’d earned it and I’m slow in t1 anyway) I normally have a banana.

On to t mill 12.2 kph all the way, ridiculous hr for such a steady pace but felt fine all the way through.
Dropped speed down to 11 kph at 20.5 kms.
Av hr 153.
Nutrition 4 scoops of tw.
That one was a graft especially the bike.
