Short one today - work run club 4km - will try and do another run tonight

Note to self for future work run club events - don’t pick up your wife’s Berlin marathon finisher TShirt (identical in all respects to mine other than size) when packing your bag in the morning

lets just say my shorts had to be pulled up rather high to avoid a muffin top situation :face_with_peeking_eye:

13.x km with 2x 3km Repetitions 4:36 /km (off 2km steady)
Hard in the wind, pace was random depending on the wind, hit best end of target though.

Friday 16:00

12km Extensive Endurance (steady/ easy) about 5:28 p/km

Good week, considering lot of manual work moving the workshop (clean workshop, electronics) into the customer support and sales office.

I work in mobility electronics, mainly wheelchair and scooter control systems.

First swim in 3 weeks, so feeling smug.

Threshold Run , jogged towards Park Run, 18mins at threshold taking in a lap of Park Run, jogged toward home then walked the rest.

Saw a couple of mates which was nice :slight_smile:

It’s not often I run on the flat so the watch “rewarded” me with a lower LTHR and faster threshold pace.

:man_running: 2025•43 - Regenerative 10km Run 8:21am

Managed to get 10km in before the rain came… it was very windy but not as bad as an hour later. Staying dry was a bonus.

Finished the run feeling much better than at the start when I was a bit stiff and sore from yesterdays 35½km. I guess therefore the easy run served its purpose.

116.3km (72.23 mile) week.
