Forgot my watch, a hazard of trying to wear it only when you use it. Was nicer somehow, but annoying I won’t get load data for Garmin Connect.

Strava suggests that I’ve been averaging more than 2 activities per day recently.

Guess it’s slightly cheating as I’m swimming pretty much every day for about 25 mins, and on bike commute days usually counting those as 2 seperate activities.

Not sure what happened 2 Wednesdays ago. Must have been feeling lazy :man_shrugging:

Conditions have been absolutely perfect but the hot weather is just around the corner, high of 36C forecast for next week, things are going to need a little more planning and suncream.

Trained twice yesterday.

Early morning spin class, that was pants.

Evening swim, 5 x 300 resting 75.

This morning quick 20 minute spin class, sweating out last night.

Just cut and paste out of intervals.icu (sometimes Strava or Connect) and good old html markup.
Maybe a touch of find and replace to tidy it up. Not sure what it looks like on every device but looks tidy on my phone and laptop.

That would take me longer than a few keyboard short cuts… Ctrl C, Ctrl V, [win+shift+s] for snipping tool, etc. Probably very efficient it you know what you are doing though.

Years ago I created a spreadsheet that imported my bike data and formated it, 5km splits etc. I was learning html and scripting (a bit of C++, python) so I set myself little challenges, how could I do β€˜x’ most productively, helped the learning process and review my training.

I’m confused by those blue portions of the bars, my charts do not have any for two months.

That run progression is not deliberate, my son has been staying and is a bit like a labrador - needs exercising daily. Normal service will probably resume next week.

Had a planned flat out park run this morning … thought better of it, if I get injured I’d be fumin
Got ready for a long ride outside … it started to rain.
Sack that it’s dangereous enough in the dry out there now.

Pretty stoked so went for this one
Hopefully I’ll manage faster than a 27 kph bike next weekend and I’ll finish in under 4 hours too.

First 4.5 k calorie day for some time.
