Steady all the way home @ 4hr marathon pace - legs were tired to begin but a few mins in and they were fine

Just under an hour run for me this morning. Humid again, but beautifully still - loads of wildlife about. Great start to the day. Only one way for it to go from here!
30 minute spin class. That’s it.
What is fatigue? Help from the University of Bologna who must know a thing or two about hard efforts.
Yup, all explained right there
Just needs buzz and fruity pacing you
GoApe. And 12km walk around Delamere Forest after.
That’ll do nicely.
Macc Forest + Shuttingsloe yesterday.
Grizedale Forest day before that.

40 x 50m in the sunshine. Type 2 kinda fun.
3.5km run. Frustrating as I thought my tight Achilles was settling down, but no. Cut it short to be on the safe side and back some stretching and strength work.
Morning 6k easy run with zl
Afternoon 18k moderate run solo
5.8km run. Humid AF.
24:38. 85m elevation.
I concur.
6km in what felt like 99.9% humidity.
Moist ain’t the word!
50km on the bike, this morning. A bit fartleky.
My quads are still battered from last week’s tandeming, I guess it was essentially a multiday leg strength session with all the seated low cadence climbing. Hopefully do some good down the line, but currently hobbling with super-short strides especially downhill
2 hour bike, 15 min brick
Morning 6k easy run with zl
Afternoon 5k gentle stroll around Ryton Pools
Afternoon 30 mins strength training
