Steady all the way home @ 4hr marathon pace - legs were tired to begin but a few mins in and they were fine

60 mins on the turbo with 3 x 10 minute efforts. Who knew if you bought a decent turbo it was actually fun / comfortable

Just under an hour run for me this morning. Humid again, but beautifully still - loads of wildlife about. Great start to the day. Only one way for it to go from here! :rofl:

My quads are still battered from last week’s tandeming, I guess it was essentially a multiday leg strength session with all the seated low cadence climbing. Hopefully do some good down the line, but currently hobbling with super-short strides especially downhill
