Snap! Rainy 10km after work. Wet but surprisingly mild, was too hot by the second km so looped back via my house and ditched the gloves.
Nice to get out after a day behind a desk. No-one launched any fireworks in my direction which was a bonus, has happened before

7 days into 100 press ups per day in November. Chest has stopped aching! Max streak 61 pressups.
Includes getting out of bed at 10pm to do some on Tuesday night, when I almost forgot

A work colleague this week was at the gym doing, from what I gather, his usual routine of modest weights etc. was doing pull ups and had a bicep detachment at the elbow end.
He’s going to need at least 3 months off work (we need our hands to work properly, and it’s his right arm, he’s right handed), so not ideal.
I could imagine it was rather painful for him.

Actually completed my modest Strava targets of the week, to do 5hrs on the bike and 2 runs. Really pleased that after yesterday’s ParkRun, I’ve not had any form of reaction from my Achilles and it now seems under control. Not still 100% but almost there. Very happy to be able to introduce a bit more regular running into my week.
