Snap! Rainy 10km after work. Wet but surprisingly mild, was too hot by the second km so looped back via my house and ditched the gloves.
Nice to get out after a day behind a desk. No-one launched any fireworks in my direction which was a bonus, has happened before
edit: rats just realised not done the November press-ups today.

Actually did a proper street and core session, yesterday.
7 days into 100 press ups per day in November. Chest has stopped aching! Max streak 61 pressups.
Includes getting out of bed at 10pm to do some on Tuesday night, when I almost forgot ![]()

61 in one hit is decent ( for a senior triathlete )
A work colleague this week was at the gym doing, from what I gather, his usual routine of modest weights etc. was doing pull ups and had a bicep detachment at the elbow end.
He’s going to need at least 3 months off work (we need our hands to work properly, and it’s his right arm, he’s right handed), so not ideal.
I could imagine it was rather painful for him.

Didn’t stop him from doing 40mins on Zwift, looking at Strava.
More 30mins for me. A bit here. A bit there. Made it to 16 days of easy exercise now. Not training. Just developing the habit.
