PS Coached swim session Sunday, worst is the swim, of swim, bike, run for the foot. Had to do it with a pull bouy to not put and put pressure on the foot.

Id guess about 90% of it was training, about 10½ hr a week.
Just noticed my TPeaks says 46 weeks til Calella-Barcelona (thinking about starting to train for that from March, more day light hours etc, I will have a few breaks between now and then, maybe Christmas and the end of Feb, Iāll see what happens)
