My foot (big toe) is still totally fucked up.

:man_running: walk jog walk 1km.

PS Coached swim session Sunday, worst is the swim, of swim, bike, run for the foot. Had to do it with a pull bouy to not put and put pressure on the foot.

That would make sense… they seem to be fine.

A bit frustrating, general and bike fitness is coming along nicely and itching to get some good run training in.

Averaged 11h40 of activity during the last 10 weeks.
Id guess about 90% of it was training, about 10½ hr a week.

Just noticed my TPeaks says 46 weeks til Calella-Barcelona (thinking about starting to train for that from March, more day light hours etc, I will have a few breaks between now and then, maybe Christmas and the end of Feb, I’ll see what happens)
