Forgot to post last week, hadn’t been running due to a knee issue, but this week have tried to get back into it, so far, so good. Trying an excel table to keep things neater, but my IT skills are negligible, so formatting might be off.
The rest all strength stuff contacted a “ bodybuilding coach last week who basically told me to go on trt..? Not doing that .. the rest of the stuff he said was really helpful to be honest.
Running, jogging, moving. Enjoying my slappy feet and jacket rustle sound. See car. Think car sees me. Keep slappy rustle running. Car no see. Me run into side of car. Driver on phone. Two kids in car look shocked. Driver shouty shout. Me jog move away fast. The end.
Looks like you had bit of a comeback in the Spring though?
Hope your back sorts itself out and you can get back to the good stuff like running up the cliff paths at night, or home from Taunton (still can’t get my head around that, but can now at least see why someone might want to)
You’ve been a bit quiet on Strava Jeff? Are you injured again. I forget who’s calfs backs and hamstrings are playing up, it’s always at least one of us
Yeah, had this cold virus thing for a week or so. But as per the injuries thread, I’m the one with the groin problem from doing weights in the gym. Physio said to give it a fortnight from last Thursday with no running\cycling, and even swimming aggravates it due to my poor rotation.
So on top of not doing much recently I’m going to take it very easy until I go and see him next week. Priority is later next year so as long as I can get back soon and just steady exercise that’ll keep me happy until it warms up.
It is settling down and I’ve been doing a few exercises in that area, but as above didn’t feel like doing anything for about 9 days with feeling naff.
