A long drag up out of Puerta Del carmen. This hire bike is absolutely horrible. I’m heading back to the hotel pool!

A short loop - 25 miles. Up and over, along La Geria and back across on that big main road. Bike felt all wrong :expressionless_face: anyway I did it as fancied a ride last time I was here.

40 minute easy run.

75km steady ride, this morning. 220km for the week and 9 hrs. All very easy Z1-2. Felt good to get a bit more time on the bike and get some mojo back.

Strava tells me I’ve done 5.5 hours this week with 3.5 hours being on the bike, mostly Zwift including the race tonight.

8K of running and a few of the gym cardio sessions.

That excludes the gym weights sessions I’ve done which is probably another 90 minutes.

I’ll take that, just need to avoid being stupid and increasing it too quickly, especially running.

My first ten hour week for some time

Mostly weights

3 spin classes which is my only cardio these days.

My bodybuilder friends are saying well done

My triathlon friends are saying I’m on steroids and fat ! ( I agree .. obviously not about the peds )

Nice work - I am at 140kg - just building up slowly ( glutes still hurting from Tuesdays session although it was the first one post holiday) . This morning I am toying with one leg presses although planning on starting very light ..

I’m setting lots of weight pbs ( recent ones obviously ) as a stone extra and weights most days will obviously do this.

My cardio is crap now like .. just been boxing the lad holding the pads commented on the step in jab ( Golovkin eat your heart out .. I wish ) it was knocking his shoulder back but I was noticeably more gassed than normal at the end of each round

You never get it all I guess..

I’ll get bored of this soon and go skinny again I prefer my face sunken in a bit
