Had a great morning on the MTB around Stirling and Bridge of Allan. First time out on the Epic this year and it was a total hoot. Wet arse and totally covered in crud but it reminded my that riding outdoors can be fun

Felt like doing some bike. 936kcal.

Put on DIE HARD to get me through it.

16.5km looped run

After yesterday 16km with Mrs T was feeling good

First half felt great - second half into a headwind (so that’s why first half felt good!) - also felt like I was in Die Hard

A lowly 8 hour week

( the less hours I train the more weight I put on ?! Who knew!) 76 kgs and holding now.

Highlights were a 1:24 hang, a 105 kg let pull down x 5 .. 32 dips as a max effort and 3 spin classes my cardio is shocking now but my right hook could split an oak tree if it landed flush.

You never get it all.
