How is the TR predicted number going? Up / down… not moving?
Unshaken, but it’s the same prediction I should have achieved last l Saturday. I’m awaiting a response from support.

I used to cycle for two hours in this wind and rain and darkness. Now I’m unwilling to take three steps in it to the garage.
Maybe at lunchtime…

Did the long Tour de Zwift last night, which was only 1hr 20min, but that was enough.
In the pool this morning for 2 x (6 x 100m best effort - 2:1 work:rest)
Managed to be quicker than last week - 1-4s so that’s something
Got my act together.
Bike 2x20min at around 217W was a bit of a drag.

Maybe I should listen to fatigue mgmt…

Never saw this before.
After warm up I stop to turn on the fan and take off layers often, then go into the main set.

I’ve lost another predicted Watt since this morning. I’m a leaky ship!
I saw it did that now when I was reading the TR forum. No hiding now… although if you turn the percentage up you get extra credit as well. You could have offset by doing another couple of watts

Run 11km easy (cold and windy, very easy but not enjoyable due to the weather, arh well, got it done I guess, was lovely the first 6km but the weather sucked the fun out of it)

I really should get a bit of strength work in but it is that extra energy and time required, pays back more the older you get as well. It just reminds me how old I am though.

Was going to sack off my run after a busy day, but got out and did 11km in the wind and rain.
Terrible issues with my lower legs causing severe numbness in my feet. Suspect it’s tight calves related either compressing a nerve or maybe compartment syndrome type effects in the bloody supply within the fascia maybe?
Have been doing a lot of uphill treadmill and climbmill work off a low base. Likely a big contributor.
Annoyingly my massage gun has broken. Will have to go old school and look for the old foam roller. If it made it to the ‘new’ house last year!
