Training - What Training?!

You weren’t exactly hanging around either.

But it’s the 95m elevation gain in 48kms that blows my mind! :joy:

TBH I’m surprised that the elevation is as much as that.

Most of that gain was probably on bridge crossings

I really like the Thames Path - TP100 starts in Richmond so haven’t done much of it before then

Some really nice pubs along the route

Rode at the Lakes at the weekend & stopped at a my buddy’s recommended cafe at Maryport, lovely it was but didn’t do cooked food & we were hungry so after coffee & cake we stopped at the next cafe too. Just realised I got photos out the window looking at each cafe …

Double cafe stop :oncoming_fist::rofl:.

No food porn though sorry.

Trained twice today.

30 minute spin class before work. 4k run as 400m easy/400m hard at lunch

Then I’ve ate a tub of ice cream. All about balance, yeah?

Risked a 7km run today, first exercise since big run on Tuesday.

Mistake.

Legs wanted none of it.

No ice cream but just cracked open second can of Perlenbacher.
