I did another 87K again today, almost the same route as last week but somehow 3K down, although I did cut out a bit of padding near the end as I was heading towards the wall after my scone fail!

Felt like Chris Froome on the way out with an average speed of ~35kph, slightly slower into the breeze on the way back

AP was ~215W, for 31.7kph

So wet and cold now

90 minutes of mist, but dry.
Rain from 7am until 1030 :sob::sob::sob:

Topeak make a large Aero saddle bag that I picked up for £20, I ram every thing in there including the tool kit, tubes, pump and waterproof jacket. That way I can use the jersey pockets for the important stuff like food and arm warmers.

My parents live about 15 miles down the coast from Saltburn.

He had support.
And also took a dump at his mates house.
Not very “lockdown”

Toilet usage is acceptable…

You should be on the Zwift adverts!

haha, I don’t think the image of me swearing at my legs and slumped over the bars on the verge of tears is going to sell many subs.

Haha, old Saltburn :joy:

Tooo wet today for sunny Gary!

5 hour turbo.

Virtually all in tt position longest unbroken effort was 38 mins…?!

No fade in hour 4-5 too…!
Could have gone on today for sure.

Av hr 145 so perfect IM pace.

Fat Pom is just keeping the TT longest static ride Trophy warm for me with 6;45… unless anyone else is laying claim ?

You are mad!
and @FatPom - I don’t know how you do it?

You must both have great mental resilience.
Also…why spend £25 on that one from PlanetX, when I can spend £95 on this:
