Yeah not been easy the last week or so. I do try and preserve 45 mins each day and get out and do a 6km plus shower, or just sit on the sofa with a coffee but it just has not been possible lately.
I think itās supposed to be something that compliments the frame
Like that
But yeah. Donāt care for the rules really
4 mile run on the treadmill this morning, followed by a 1.5 mile walk at lunch.
Have a 24 hour row starting tomorrow evening (a mile on the hour, every hour). Looked at the weather, foul.
What, outside?
Ha ha
Thatās mental
Well done
Thanks @Memphisraines and @Mungo2.
Itās inside, on a rowing machine. As this year has been so shit, especially for charities, hopefully end it on a slight high.
And the fact that it burns off some excess calories!
Hour run this morning
8.21 miles
7:20 mile pace
128HR
16.6 kms at a very steady 6:20 pkm pace.
Av hr 126.
Easy ish 45 min circuit afterwards.
Nice and steady
Itās fun isnāt itā¦
In the same way that slamminā your nuts in a drawer is, yes.
5 more laps for an Everesting
I donāt think itās very efficient for Everesting is it? Have to say though, apart from a couple of sections, itās very consistent compared to AdZ.
Not too sure, at least itās āonlyā 65 miles or of pedalling followed by 10-15 minutes of rest/feed/shower/change of kit. I think the consistency of the gradient would help but itās not something Iāve ever really considered indoors, well, I hadnāt.
Iām considering it but need my core to be stronger than it is now.
4 x 1 mile on the rowing machine done, 20 to go.
Reckon Iāll be on TT for a few hours.
Keep it up and good luck!
Stay with it ladā¦!
Stay awake
Stay on the seat
Stay the course.
I did a 12 hour dead lift onceā¦
You getting sponsored ?
Thanks @gingerbongo and @Mungo2.
Mile 6 done, and a good few hours of solitude ahead!
I am trying to raise money for the My Name is Doddie foundation (or MND). @Mungo2, Iāll ping you the link.
How you feeling @apm?
