Well I might give it a shot (need clearance) but let’s just get this out the way.
I ran 6km last Mon, then nothing until today where I ran 20km. Thurs I was 2hr20 on the turbo and a B Grade race yesterday.
A few weeks ago, I was at best, in 3.48 shape for Eton Dorney and let that drop as race was canned with 2wks to go.
Are we on the same page?

I’ve done 13 hours this week so far ( planned 14 ) but pt didn’t happen.
45 kms running, 12 on a t mill which was a disappointing result, one quite hard 90 min static and core, easy circuits and 3 k swim.
I’ll give it what I have in the morning…

Yep, just checked and it is the motor circuit. You’re right, there is a hill on the far end of the loop but it is very gradual. It’s also probably the most exposed part of the course. The other nice thing about the race is that there are multiple races taking place at the same time which means that you are never really running by yourself.
