I’ve not exercised in 2 days. Starting to get very jumpy. Think that’s a good thing. Needed the 1st day, circumstance stopped me today. Going to struggle this weekend, but I’ll get something in, but it’ll be a low week overall.
Hoping to get a decent week next week, then formal taper.

That’s 1:43 per 100m, which I don’t even think I can swim as slow as in the pool, which is worse as it felt like at least 1:35 if not faster
It’s depressing to the point of why am I bothering with 12-15km in the pool every week to be so slow in a wetsuit.

That’s weirdly similar to my ride yesterday, which apart from feeling coldAF, I reckon I’m gonna ride the IM at 227W, as I’ve done all my long rides at that and feel fine afterwards.
Slightly harder bike. Was supposed to go for 3h30 but I got the arse at 90mins.
HR looks low I think for me, for 170W.
Are you sure that the distance is accurate? My OWS course is a loop of about 380m. However when I swim it I get all sorts of distances on my watch and hence pace. Sometimes the pace is great sometimes it’s awful but it’s the same 8 laps for me. Maybe this is a part of what you are experiencing
