Excuses, excusesâŚ
Good luck Mr & Mrs APM
Sheâll be ages, youâve got time for a quick AdZ
Thatâs pure raw power from legs and glutes, Iâve never seen below 1:30 / 500 even for a brief few seconds.
Good news and good luck @APM
Actually rode my bike in the cold - it was shit, I was crap, could barely make it up the only hill with a massive tailwind, and then I punctured and walked a mile home rather than fix it.
Good luck @APM , keep us posted
Erm, and the Mrs
Gatorade or Tailwind?
5.5 mile super steady jog
I used to hammer the same type of Technogym treadmill at my old gym. I genuinely think, over 3-4 years, I wore it out!
Anyway, returned home from the hospital (see the I love thread) and managed 30 minutes on the bike.
These are awful
They take 10-12 seconds to get going each split?
The old ones were better and more sturdy.
Yeah, 100%.
Genuinely just prefer to do it old school, running outside with some limited equipment.
I think they call it âCrossFitâ, now.
There are few cross fit types at the gym.
The comp Iâm doing â has far too much running â for them.
A few of them look like bodybuilders and wouldnât be seeing 14- 15 kph anytime ever.
Iâve marked out a flat 1 k outside, times will be similar for me.
Enjoying doing doing something different.
erected a walk in green house for the folks this am. Would have been easy had there been some assembly instructions in the box⌠instead it resembled a heat on The Krypton Factor
Then raked out the hollow, dug and levelled off soil. sweating buckets after
5.5 mile jog this afternoon
You going to peg that down? Next storm and it will be in the neighbours garden
Lol. Yes - tied to a few trees too
Itâs quite windy round here. My brother bought a drone few years back. Took it out the box for the first time here to give it a go. The wind took it off and he never saw it again

we saw a big one of those on a campsite in France last week - complete with a tent rigged up inside it! good way of keeping the weather at bay for those in the tent.
