That’s it, anything else is setting my back off RHS.
Even very light spinning on the static bike.
Massage today, will probably need a physio, I was just commenting 3? Days ago how I hadn’t been injured for ages!

6km ‘night’ run with LO. The chest light hasn’t turned up yet so she just rocked my spare Fenix headtorch. She ran like she’s been wearing one all her life!
43.57 at 7.18 pace, we did have to walk for about 4 mins as she had stomach ache and then we got going again (at least it wasn’t a code brown, been there a couple of times with her

I managed hour bike, 181 w av but 145 hr, back was ok though… that’s the main thing.
Blew up and put the handle down during speed pyramid on the rower yesterday. I think I’ve become obsessed + impatient chasing a sub 7min 2k and set target splits for the workout at an unrealistic pace. Plan now is more steady state low rating long rows and space the intensity out a bit.

Yeah, on the bike my HR is much lower for (what I imagine is a relatively) better output.

But real world racing I’m nowhere near so consistent yet, and I was 146 avg for the 166W avg/183np
Easy run, forgot my HRM strap and the HR was fluctuating all over the place as if to make a point. So yeah I think that was another 131ish run.
I’m lower hr outside for similar power, only rode with power three? Times.
Must be heat build up… no fan… ever.
