7.5 hours for myself. I took today off and skipped a couple of hours on the bike and a short run. Felt completely knackered. Hopefully get a good nights sleep and get some quality easy hours on the bike in next week
Adding a bike ride brought my hours up last week, aiming for 7 this.
I think this is missing last Monday. Not really looked at it before
Click Edit my day at the bottom of the garmin app and you can add missing cards to the day screen which also adds them to the 7 day bit.
Some depend on the watch though. Joex must have the 945/Fenix 6 range or similar as my Fenix 5 doesn’t have some of those

No, dropped the Watch on the garage floor and in response it explained it’s reasons for leaving me and how it wasn’t me it was the Watch etc. That and the shattered screen. So I’m a fully paid up member of the Garmin society now.

It’s very much excess weight on a small area so the padding helps. I’ve got a baggy pair of bibs and then these padded undershorts.
Plus some chamois cream.
I got all full stars on the workout this time. Last couple of times I couldn’t quite hold the power on last two intervals and got half’s.

straight into 225 m walking lunges in 6:30 ish ( no weight) virtually no stops.
Cracked these.
80 m burpee broad jumps 4:47.
No stops … huge huge improvement
Just got to work out how I’m going to run / walk/ crawl after them?
30 mins teaching Dave to swim, which I really enjoyed.
We went from 1 length gasping at the end, to 4 lengths with a lot less gasping and a big smile!
I’m hardly hammerer but he was making some HUGE mistakes.

Swimming.
15 x 100m off 1:50 at mod effort.
Came out at 1:31/100m average, mainly due to an utter cockwomble causing me to to a 1:35 
Alone in the fast Lane, I’m swimming clockwise, like the rules say.
Boyo gets in “let’s swim up and down, yeah?”
Me? Nah, let’s swim clockwise in case someone else gets in.
He then pushes off at the same time as me, overtakes me and swims up and down anyhow 
Someone else gets in and he swims straight into her, causing everyone to stop, in a totally avoidable situation 
I would have been under 1:30/100m average without that 
Perfectly acceptable to bomb them in the deep end for that sort of behaviour
Another swim today. 2k covered. Mostly breaststroke again. Did some crawl, shoulder felt better than it did last week so thats good.
Hid the swim on strava though. 2:28/min average. Cant have club mates seeing that, I have a reputation to uphold


How does backstroke work for you?
I kinda like a bit of backstroke.
I always find BR ridiculously hard.
