Went out for yet another wet & muddy Bergen run with the dog this morning! It’s a miracle I’ve stayed upright around here this week.
I went down last week, wiped my dirty hands off on my clothes and it looked like I’d been mud wrestling!

Is this a full dead hang (no moving both arms still the whole time) or is it a bar hang where you can rest an arm by hanging on one? I was way below a minute even on the second - Otter has done over 10 minutes I think of the second type.
Didn’t realise there are variations, we lock grip in bottom of pullup position and hang still for as long as possible - no readjustment of hand grip or hand position. Starts to hurt around 45 secs.
30 minute run at the usual silly o’clock.
Fitness has fallen off a cliff so it’s time to start rebuilding very slowly.
Added incentive in that I joined the local tri club yesterday.

Got to bed fairly quickly but family didn’t, youngest still woke up in middle of night, then cat got me up at six, the bastard.
It was 9:01 and I met @BadAsh also wondering why parkrun had started 2 minutes ago and everyone was already half way round the course.

Overall happy. Next year will likely be less hours as I focus on run, so maybe total active days could go up instead.
11km muddy trail run, felt every one of those 104kg after not running since 11th December.
