Recovery from torn calf continues.
This morning, 50 minutes in the gym.
5.5k row, followed by calf raises, bicep curls, military presses and medicine ball twists.
This evening, after a shit day at work, 1.9k TT. 33 minutes.
Nothing today. But a couple of hours of bathroom graft that gave my back and arms a bloody good workout.
Off camping tmw night with the girls, so thatās my Sunday am long ride gone. Will try to get a couple of hours on the turbo in the eve instead.

Spent the whole day climbing outside yesterday - everything is aching this morning!! Had a good leg workout too, with carrying the climbing gear down and then up a really steep trying not to fall on my arse slope!!
Was meant to be 25km this morning but my head wasnāt there at all. Bit of a gamble but decided on taking a rest day.
Have to load the car and head to Mumās anyway, so thatās a workout in itself but hopefully a reset today will see things ship shape again.
A very well paced pyramid swim this morning.
In my defence, my pace is awful with pull and/or paddles and I was swapping them in and out all morning.
Pure swims were all the same pace. Which is nice

Maybe only got time for one recce lap today, I need to report back to the other half and see howās sheās doing fingers crossed all is fine, although it was only a thirty minute drive here to Chorley New Road
