I’m sure Chrissie was captain of her Uni swim squad, so she certainly had some background in sports and I think she rocked up to London with little training and was around 3 hours?
One of these naturally fit people, and Nepal would have had some altitude benefits.

Didnt perform at long distance due to his nutrition so out for me.
Really tough, Frodo has Kona AND Olympic Gold so no.1 for me although if there were Olympics in the 90’s no doubt Allen would have got one also and been no.1. Might give that to Allen as Frodo didnt do a lot else at SC (but its still Olympic Gold 
)
