ZA Tri Group Workout #5 was pretty easy despite doing the first workout last and no bike training for five weeks.
Only problem was my signal cutting out and my avatar rolling to a halt half a dozen times. Switched from Zumo to Pedals halfway through but still got drop outs
On the bonus side, a tri academy workout I did jan/feb has been taken into account so I only have three bike workouts to do 🤦🏻
